REQUEST FOR TENDER:
P2025-228 HDC Painting Renewals Contract

Tenders are requested for the above contract which involves providing remedial work and painting of a variety of surfaces in multiple buildings throughout the Hastings district.
Some of the buildings require full interior painting to gib plaster walls and minimal repair work and there is also some swimming pool painting work.
Contractors are encouraged to supply rates to cover all elements of painting work and can provide rates for sub-contractors to cover specialised work
As this is a contract for services over a 3 year period this is a great opportunity for a painting contractor to secure a lot of work as a separate entity or as a partnership to carry out these essential works.
We are looking for locally based, experienced painters who always deliver a high-quality product and can respond to unexpected work at short notice.

Tenders close at 3pm Wednesday 23rd October 2024 and must be submitted electronically via GETS. Please start your downloads well before 3pm to avoid missing the closeoff deadline. It is not Councils practice to accept late tenders..
