New Marton Offices and Community Hub (Новая Зеландия - Тендер #58380377)

This is an advanced notice (AN) to alert Suppliers of an upcoming procurement activity. It does not represent a commitment to procure but provides an indication to the market about the potential future activity.
Rangitīkei District Council (RDC) are seeking a range of Suppliers to support the design and build of a new Council Office & Community Hub in Marton.

We will be running a Collaborative Procurement Process which will be run in 2 stages:
Stage 1 = An expression of interest (EOI) with an interactive workshop
Stage 2 = A closed competitive process with shortlisted Suppliers from the EOI

The interactive workshop will be held in person, in Marton (those who can’t attend in person can participate online via MS Teams) during week commencing 11th November 2024 (date and times TBC in the EOI). All Suppliers of all disciplines will be invited to attend to help shape the scope of the project prior to release of the closed competitive process. This is an exciting multi-million dollar project with some unique risks and a huge opportunity to innovate and collaborate. We are interested in (but aren’t limited to) the following disciplines:

Design & Build/Build Contractors
Landscape Designers
Earthworks
Geotechnical Engineering
Structural & Civil Engineering
Fire & Fire Protection
HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing
Asbestos Specialists
EV Charging
Acoustic/Sound Designers/Engineers
Goods Suppliers (e.g. timber, pipe materials, cabling, office furniture, AV equipment etc.)

What can you do?
Suppliers can subscribe to this AN. RDC may use this supplier list to learn of potential respondents. When the EOI is released, the AN will be linked to the EOI. Those suppliers who have subscribed to this AN will get automatically notified of the EOI being released.
No information is required to be submitted in response to this AN. Questions may be directed to the point of contact. Please note however, due to where we are in our project there is limited further information available.
