RFI - Shipping services for the Chatham Islands (Новая Зеландия - Тендер #58345868)

The Chatham Islands requires an ongoing shipping service capable of shipping a range of cargo including general goods, fuel, livestock, and consumables. We are seeking to understand the potential market suppliers of suitable services before issuing a Request for Proposal (RfP).

We are open to a range of potential supply options, including bareboat charter, time charter or special charter. We would also welcome responses from suppliers that are only able to meet some of the requirements and/or can work in partnership with other suppliers to meet the Islands needs.

The Ministry of Transport is supporting this RfI process as the Government has committed to supporting the Chatham Islands to secure a replacement shipping service. The Ministry and the Chatham Islands Council will work collectively after reviewing the responses to the RFI to determine the most suitable commercial process to contract for the service.
