The Regional Trade for Development (RT4D) initiative is funded by the Governments of Australia and New Zealand. It assists ASEAN Member States (AMS) to meet their commitments and realise the advantages offered by the ASEAN-Australia-New Zealand Free Trade Agreement (AANZFTA) and the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) agreement.

RT4D is procuring individuals to establish a Panel of Experts, comprising individuals and organisations with a diverse range of skills and capabilities in line with the Program’s needs. These pre-screened experts will be on hand to provide responsive and high-quality technical assistance to RT4D at all stages of project design and delivery. The Panel of Experts will comprise an FTA Implementation Technical Panel and a Gender Equality, Disability and Social Inclusion Panel.
