Disconnect adjacent services (electrical/data/fire/security or the like). Cut and remove damaged/mouldy wall or ceiling linings. Investigate extent and depth of damage/mould to
possibly infected timber framing. Remove and replace decaying timber framing. Apply framesaver to other timber framing showing discolouring. Reconnect affected services. Replace any insulation affected. Reline the walls or ceilings and replaster incl any composition where applicable. See marked up site plan of areas to be remedied
