Manaaki Whenua Landcare Research (MWLR) is seeking to appoint a contractor to construct a new building at our Lincoln campus incorporating a new molecular laboratory. The Main Contractor will be responsible for all construction activities as per the contract documents provided by MWLR. The project will adhere to relevant building codes, containment standards, and industry best practices. A successful outcome will be the provision to MWLR the necessary infrastructure to expand its research capabilities and we are seeking registrations of interest from interested contractors for this.
