Transpower is currently underway with an Enterprise Business Capability (EBC) programme of work to enhance its business process capabilities and organisational effectiveness. This programme of work includes enhancement of enterprise business process management, along with implementation of a modular Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution. To support the first phase of that programme, Transpower wishes to engage a business capability partner to work with us to identify and develop high level capability requirements for ERP. Those requirements will then inform the development of a procurement notice for a comprehensive ERP Solution (i.e. the platform, together with transformation and implementation services).
This engagement will support Transpower over 6-7 months supplementing our resources to help with current state analysis of Business Processes, Data and Integration. It will also provide independent advice for how Transpower can ensure our procurement(s) relating to an ERP Solution are as effective as possible.
