SH29 Omanawa Bridge Replacement Detailed Design and MSQA (Новая Зеландия - Тендер #55092142)

NZTA is looking for EOI responses from individual professional services suppliers or companies that meet our respondent credentials and are interested in tendering for future design and MSQA services associated with the SH29 Omanawa Bridge Replacement project.

Responding to this EOI involves submitting a letter, no more than four single sided A4 pages that includes:

1. confirmation of the interest of your individual company or consortia in participating in the future procurement process for the SH29 Omanawa Bridge Replacement;
2. information on the availability of resources within your company or consortia to deliver the required services, including details of relevant staff numbers at a local, regional and national level;
3. any feedback on our proposed procurement approach (refer section 5 above); and
4. details of your assigned point of contact for further communications.

EOI responses are to be submitted via the GETS website. EOI responses shall be provided not later than 12pm Friday 2 July 2024.

This EOI is not a shortlisting or the commencement of a formal procurement process.
The purpose of this EOI is to:

• confirm the level of interest from the market, and how the market is planning to team up to respond to the procurement process for the SH29 Omanawa Bridge Replacement
• inform the development and finalisation of the project’s procurement strategy and tender documentation.

The Request for Proposals for the SH29 Omanawa Bridge Replacement project will be separately advertised on GETS.

Not participating in the EOI does not preclude a supplier from participating in the RFP.

NZTA reserves the right to withdraw from the procurement process at any time without notice before entering into a Contract(s). If NZTA withdraws from the procurement process, then no EOI or RFP respondent shall have any claim for compensation or otherwise against NZTA
