HRIS Implementation (Новая Зеландия - Тендер #54360875)

TVNZ seeks information (market research) about HRIS systems available in the market. This RFI is not a tender/procurement process. A quote is not required and no vendor selection is involved in this RFI process.

Our current view of requirements (which may change following the RFI process) is: TVNZ is looking for a cloud based HRIS (Human Resource Information System) that is structured around position management (rather than person management). We need to automate the management of the employment lifecycle from hire to retire in order to provide a one-stop shop for our managers to manage their people related tasks. The solution should deliver typical people management functions such as core data management and analytics, real time organisational charts, on and off boarding processes, general HR related compliance processes. It would be an advantage if the system contains other integrated tools to conduct labour forecasting, employee surveys and performance management and potentially manage health and safety. Any system must be compliant with NZ laws and have an intuitive user experience.

TVNZ appreciates the assistance of Respondents in helping TVNZ better understand the HRIS marketplace. TVNZ will use the information obtained in the RFI process to assist it developing a potential future HRIS procurement process.
