What are we buying and why?

We are procuring Auckland Transport’s Infringement Fine Collection Services.
The existing contract has come to the end of its term and as a result we are seeking the services of a collection services agent to collect outstanding infringement fines on AT’s behalf and assist AT investigating innovative ways to bring additional value to the contract.

What we require: the solution

AT is seeking a solution that provides members of the public the ability to pay their lodged infringements in a secure environment taking into consideration the differing payment methods that are available (phone, internet). This means the collection services agent must be able to demonstrate their ability and capacity to process large volumes of lodgments), as well as offering innovative payment options, including the ability to accept part-payment plans.
