Contract 2663 Road Resurfacing 2024-26 (Новая Зеландия - Тендер #53005308)

Timaru District Council is providing advance notice to potential suppliers that it soon intends to issue a Request for Tenders (RFT) for its Road Resurfacing Contract. The scope of the contract includes resurfacing of urban and rural roads within the Timaru District as well as reinstatement of road markings. The contract will run for a 2 year period commencing July 2024, with the option for a further 2 year extension subject to acceptable contractor performance.
We’re seeking a supplier with a collaborative approach to delivering our resurfacing programme, maintaining trust and communication with our capable in-house team, supporting management of our District’s assets for long-run value.
Suppliers will need to demonstrate they have the capability to deliver the forward works programme within the required timeframe, to a high standard, and have flexibility to cope with seasonal variations. They must have a successful track record in delivery of chip seal and asphaltic concrete resurfacing, including appropriate contract management, HSQE assurance, labour, and plant resourcing.
The request for tender is anticipated to be released via GETS on 17 April 2024
Tenders will close on 16 May 2024
