Future Procurement Opportunity - Design & Build Construction Services for Proposed Bus Depot (Новая Зеландия - Тендер #52928227)

Greater Wellington Regional Council (GWRC) is currently consulting on the development of a bus depot in Lyall Bay as part of the Long-Term Plan process. GWRC is seeking a design and build main contractor with the capacity and capability who is able to design and construct a facility where 68 buses can be parked and charged at the Lyall Bay site, that meets GWRC requirements as well as manage and coordinate on site works of GWRC nominated suppliers. 

Attached is an Advanced Notice to release a Registration of Interest in this opportunity.

GWRC will not be answering any questions about this contract opportunity prior to the release on GETS.
