The Contract Works required are:

ROOFING
Blocks 1,2,7 Resource Senior School, A Pool Changing Rooms, Toilets + Tuckshop: Replacement of the poor condition and end of life roof and gutter.
Blocks 4 ESOL- speech clinic, D Mill Room,3: Replacement of the poor condition and end of life box gutters.
Blocks 6 Library,9 2 crms + resource: Replace poor condition and end of life PVC gutters.
Block A Pool Changing Rooms, Toilets + Tuckshop:Replace poor condition and end of life clearlite.( Webglass)

WINDOW REPLACEMENT:
Block 1 Rooms 1-7 Window replacement:
Old silver aluminium windows are at the end of their economic life becoming hard to open and close and are draughty and not weathertight.

ELECTRICAL:
Blocks 1,4, A ; Switchboard upgrades with new metal lockable enclosures with full RCD protection.

FLOORING + HEATING: Blocks 1,3,6,9: Carpet, vinyl, pinboard, + heating replacement.
Blocks 6,9: Outdoor carpet replacement.

DRAINAGE:
Site: CCTV Drainage followed by targeted repairs.

There is possibly an element of asbestos present that will require an approved plan for removal, handling and disposal.
