Advance Notice of Survey Software as a Service Tool RFP (Новая Зеландия - Тендер #49483307)

• Statistics New Zealand Tatauranga Aotearoa (Stats NZ) is seeking a supplier(s) to meet Stats NZ’s requirements for a Survey Tool, which is to be delivered as a Software as a Service (SaaS). The purpose of this procurement is to assess whether there are any commercially available survey tools capable of meeting our requirements.
• The procurement method will be an open market Request for Proposal (RFP) including an assessment of proposals against Stats NZ functional and non-functional requirements to determine a shortlist of potential respondents. Shortlisted respondents will then be invited to demonstrate their solutions to the Evaluation Panel. If approved, we will then progress to the next stage of the procurement process.
• We are issuing this advance notice as we appreciate the timeline is close to the Christmas New Year period and you will need to plan appropriate resourcing.
• The RFP documents will be available to download via the Government Electronic Tenders System (GETS) on 16 January 2024 and responses will be due by 5 February 2024.
• All contact is to be via GETS and the Q&A function will be available from 16 January 2024.
