This Request For Proposal (RFP) seeks responses from Suppliers who are certified partners for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions, for the purchase of:

• subscription(s) to a modern CRM SaaS suite, and
• services to:
o tailor the solution to our requirements,
o integrate the solution with our other systems,
o migrate from our existing CRM solution,
o provide project transitional support to BAU, training, consultancy, and advice to
enable wider, more systematic adoption of the CRM by Transpower personnel,
and
o provide ongoing platform support.
