Waka Kotahi is looking for EOI responses from individual professional services suppliers,companies or consortia that meet our respondent credentials and are interested in tendering for future design and MSQA services associated with the Sh2 Egmont Village to Hawera project.

This Expression of Interest (EOI) is aimed at professional services providers who have the appropriate skills, experience and track record to progress design work from the feasibility stage to pre-implementation developed design.

The purpose of this EOI is to:
1. confirm the level of interest from the market, and how the market is planning to team up to respond to the procurement process for the Sh2 EV2H project; and
2. inform the development and finalization of the project’s procurement strategy and tender documents

Electronic copy of the EOI documentation is attache to this advertisement.

Responding to this EOI involves submitting a letter, no more than four single sided A4 pages.

EOI responses shall be provided not later than 2pm Friday 15 December 2023.

Final tendering of the contract will be by invitation to consultants registered through this EOI process.

EOI submissions are to be uploaded to the GETS eTender box in a single file (pdf format).

The GETS file upload limit is 20 MB. The file should be labelled as:
