ROI - Palmerston North Courthouse fit-out project - Main Contractor (Новая Зеландия - Тендер #47244338)

The Registration of Interest (ROI) is calling for suitably qualified, experienced, and resourced construction contractors in the Manawatu Region who are interested in the opportunity to be engaged by the Ministry of Justice (Ministry or Buyer) as the main contractor for the Palmerston North District Court/ High Court (the courthouse) fit out works project (the Project).

From ROI submissions, up to four respondents will be short-listed and invited to submit a tender through a subsequent Request for Tender (RFT). The successful respondent will be engaged by the Ministry as the main contractor under a NZS3910:2013 Agreement with Ministry special conditions to provide construction services in relation to this project.
