The New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF) will shortly be releasing an open market Registration of Interest (ROI) seeking responses from suitably qualified and experienced Main Contractors for the purposes of shortlisting to a final closed, competitive Request for Tender (RFT) stage.

The scope of the ROI (and subsequent RFT) extends to the provision of a Main Contractor for the Burnham Health and Rehabilitation Centre (HRC) under New Zealand Standard NZS 3910:2013 Conditions of Contract (Lump Sum) for building and civil engineering construction (with NZDF Special and Other Conditions).

Please see the document attached for all relevant information relating to this. The Registration of Interest (ROI) shall be put out to market via GETS and SmartProcure sometime in August/ September 2023. Please note NZDF only accept Tender submissions via Smart Procure.
