This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation to selected suppliers to submit a Proposal for the Supply of Dental consumables contract opportunity.

The University is looking to partner with a supplier or a panel of suppliers to support the university through the supply of general dental consumables in support of the University’s teaching and research activity. This supply will be required at the Faculty of Dentistry’s locations in Dunedin (Main School) and South Auckland.

You are invited to consider the way current products of this nature are purchased by the University and put forward cost effective proposals that meet the RFP’s requirements considering factors such as (but not limited to):
- Volume commitments;
- Product bundling;
- Supply chain efficiencies;
- Inventory methodology; and
- Demand forecasting
