SUMMARY OF THIS RFP

Tauranga City Council seeks to find a suitable ticketing provider or providers for Baycourt Community & Arts Centre and also Bay Venues Limited

The preference of the Parties is to engage the same provider, however appointing different providers will be considered. The two possible arrangements are:

One ticketing provider to enter into two separate agreements, one agreement with Baycourt and one agreement with Bay Venues; or

Two different providers with two separate agreements, one agreement with Baycourt and one agreement with Bay Venues.
