The Purpose of this notice is:
Notify the market of the support remediation following the severe weather events in Tamaki Makaurau (Auckland) and Tai Tokerau (Northland) regions.
Provide the market with:
1. An understanding of the Ministry requirements for supporting remediation following the severe weather events in Tamaki Makaurau (Auckland) and Tai Tokerau (Northland) regions;
2. The opportunity to help inform our understanding of current market constraints regarding capacity and materials constraints;
3. Provide the market with the opportunity to feedback on our approach and strategy and explore potential alternative solutions; and
4. The types of work we are requiring and the services we are looking for. Examples include:
i. Project managers, Quantity surveyors, Health and safety consultants, contractors, landscaping, asbestos removal/assessing and suppliers of gib, flooring.
Further information may be released as an addendum on GETS. This will form part of the NOI and if an alteration is made to the process detailed in this document, the addendum will supersede it.
