Environment Canterbury (ECan) is seeking Registrations of Interest and Acceptance (Responses) from Fencing Contractors with the experience, to provide services including the tasks listed in the table below under the ‘Scope of Services’ section for a fencing project in the Tekapo area, that will be released in trances over a three Financial Years in the period 2022/23-2025.

The purpose of this ‘Registration of Interest and Acceptance’ (ROI) is to:
- assess suppliers’ capacity to provide the services listed in the accompanying response template,

- establish a fencing directory listing:
1. the capabilities/capacity of each contractor
2. equipment available for use
3. the rates operators will charge to deliver specific services.

- seek agreement to the contractual terms under which selected operators will provide services when requested; and
- introduce a contract and associated administrative processes that are consistent when contractors on the Panel are engaged.

We intend to select suppliers based on the ROI Responses received.

The intent of the ROI is to contract with all suitably resourced and accredited contractors
