ROI - Procurement Platform for New Zealand Government (Новая Зеландия - Тендер #38642955)

The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) is seeking registrations of interest from providers of digital source-to-contract SaaS solutions.

This procurement will cover the initial discovery, design, build, test, implement, support and maintenance services required to transition to the new Procurement Platform.

New Zealand Government Procurement (NZGP) have begun a transformational journey. Our vision is for New Zealand’s government procurement to be fair, transparent, inclusive, and efficient, so that it delivers more value to New Zealanders and responds to changing government priorities.

The new Procurement Platform is critical to our transformation, and as our first step we want to replace and enhance the existing e-procurement capability for All-of-Government contracts for common goods and services.

Taking into account the timing of this ROI release and the Christmas/New Year holiday period, we have set an extended response period. Submissions to this Registration of Interest (ROI) must be received prior to 2: 00 pm Wednesday 1 February 2022.

A virtual supplier briefing is planned for Tuesday 13 December 2022. Details for registration will be posted in Addenda 1 of the ROI.
