        The tender covers insourcing and consultancy services relating to financial expertise for the benefit of DNB"s supervision and resolution activities based on its prudential tasks and responsibilities with respect to the Financial Sector. Examples of potential services in scope include but are not limited to:

        • credit file reviews and/or policy review to assess (regulatory compliance of) credit risk management policies and implementation with respect to the following;

        o credit granting and (third party) origination, credit risk monitoring and reporting, restructuring and recovery, provisioning on individual debtor and on portfolio level under IFRS9

        o credit risk appetite setting and control and credit risk governance

        o assessment of regulatory credit risk classification (e.g. Watch List, forbearance, default/non-performing, IFRS9 staging)

        o review of rating grade assessments

        o (accounting) valuation of assets (e.g. mortgages, property) and liabilities

        o calculation of individual provisioning, amongst others based on cash flow analyses

        o assessment of regulatory compliance of collateral valuation

        • valuation of capital instruments such as non-preferred senior debt

        • financial risk management

        • assessment of complex financial products (e.g. securitisations)

        • stress testing

        • assessment of data quality, risk data aggregation and reporting capabilities for regulatory supervisory reporting and internal risk reporting.
