1. Government of Nepal has received a grant from the World Bank towards the cost of Forest for Prosperity Project and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for Drone with multispectral sensor and Accessories. Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders from all countries as defined in The World Bank"s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, July 2016(Revised February 2025).

2. The Forest Research and Training Centre now invites electronic Bids from eligible Bidders for the Procurement of Drone with multispectral sensor and Accessories to be procured under National competitive bidding procedures specified in Public Procurement Act and Regulations.

3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Forest Research and Training Centre, during office hours, at the address given below or may visit PPMO e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

4. Bidders to submit their bid electronically may download the bidding documents for e- submission of PPMO’s e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of NPR 3,000.00 (In words: NPR Three Thousand Only) deposited at Rastriya Banijya Bank, Office account Number 1000100200010000 Office Code: 329043501 (Forest Research and Training Centre), Revenue Classification Number: 14229.

5. Pre-bid meeting shall be held on 13 February 2026 at the address given below at 12.30 hrs.

6. Electronic bids must be submitted to the office through PPMO’s e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12.00 hrs 26 February 2026. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

7. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below at 12.30 hrs on 26 February 2026.

8. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format, amounting to a minimum of NPR 60,000.00 issued by “A” class commercial Bank or Financial Institutions with Validity Period of 120 days from the opening date of bids i.e up to 26 June 2026. For Cash deposit of bid security Banking details are as follows: Nepal Rastra Bank, Bank, Thapathali Branch, Account Number: 1201200001002524, Kosh Tatha Lekha Niyantrak Karyalaya, office code 329043501.

9. The project reserves the right to accept or reject the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
