• The Government of Nepal [GoN] has received a loan from the World Bank towards the cost of Provincial and Local Roads Improvement Program (PLRIP) and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract. Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders from all countries as defined in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, July 2016 (Revised September 2023).
• The Provincial and Local Roads Improvement Program (PLRIP), Provincial Project Management Unit (PPMU), Madhesh Province invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of works under National Competitive Bidding – Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedures.
• Bidder submit their bid electronically may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO’s e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document non-refundable fee in the Project’s Rajaswa (revenue) account.

4. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Provincial and Local Roads Improvement Program (PLRIP), Provincial Project Management Unit (PPMU),Madhesh Province, Janakpurdham, or may visit PPMO e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

5. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid and bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
