• This Request for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project that appeared in Development Business of 4th December 2015.
• The Government of Mozambique has received financing from the the International Development Association towards the cost of the Water Services and Institutional Support Project II (WASIS II) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply and Installation of Diverse IT Equipment, including Data Centers, Software, Infrastructure and Hosting Services on Cloud.
• The Autoridade Reguladora de Águas, Instituto Público (AURA, IP) as implementing agency of the Government of Mozambique, now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Supply and Installation of Diverse IT Equipment, including Data Centers, Software, Infrastructure and Hosting Services on Cloud. The delivery period is 60 days.
• Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers- Procurement in Investment Projects Financing of November 2020 and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

and inspect the Bidding Document during office hours, from 8:30h to 15:00h at the address given below.

• The Bidding Document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of USD 100.00 (One Hundred US Dollars) or the equivalent in Meticais. The method of payment will be direct deposit into one of the two AURA, IP bank accounts: BCI, MZM account no. 68026210001, NIB 000800000068026210180 BCI Swift Code CGDIMZMA. When requested, AURA, IP will send the bidding document and the Bidder should pay for any express courier charges.
• Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:30 local time on 26th h June 2024. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below in the bid opening meeting on 3rd July 2024 at 10:30 a.m.
• Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid-Securing Declaration for the bid in the amount of USD15.000,00.
