Procurement Title: Supply of Laboratory Equipment for Animal Feed Analysis

The Project Implementation Unit of the “Livestock Commercialization Project”, implemented by the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry with financing from the World Bank, hereby invites eligible bidders to submit quotations for the Supply of Laboratory Equipment for Animal Feed Analysis.

The procurement will be conducted through the Request for Quotations (RFQ) method in accordance with the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers: Procurement of Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services (revised March 2025) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. Bidders should also refer to the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest, specifically Section 3.14 – Conflict of Interest of the Procurement Regulations.

Interested bidders may obtain the RFQ documents and additional information at the address provided below. When submitting quotations, bidders must meet the service and supply requirements specified in the attached documents.

Bidders shall submit two (2) hard copies of their quotation. Each page must be numbered and the documents must be properly sealed and submitted to the address of the Project Implementation Unit indicated below. Electronic submissions will not be accepted. Late submissions will be rejected.

Quotations must be delivered to the address below no later than 11:00 AM on March 3, 2026.
The quotations will be opened at 11:10 AM on March 3, 2026, in the presence of bidders’ representatives who wish to attend.
