Procurement Title: Supply of Concentrated Feed, Mineral Feed and Hay Packages for Livestock

Under the financing of the World Bank, the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry, through the “Livestock Commercialization Project”, hereby invites eligible bidders to submit quotations for the Supply of Concentrated Feed, Mineral Feed and Hay Packages for Livestock.

The procurement will be conducted using the Request for Quotations (RFQ) method in accordance with the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers: Procurement in Investment Project Financing – Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services (Revised March 2025), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

Bidders should also refer to the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest, as set forth in Section 3.14 – Conflict of Interest of the Procurement Regulations.

Interested bidders may obtain the RFQ documents and additional information at the address below. Quotations must meet the requirements and specifications for supply and services indicated in the RFQ document.

Bidders shall submit their quotations in two copies (one original and one copy). Each page must be numbered and the documents must be sealed and delivered to the Project Implementation Unit at the address below.

Electronic submissions will not be accepted. Late quotations will be rejected.

Quotations must be delivered to the address below before 10:00 AM on March 11, 2026.

Quotations will be opened at 10:10 AM on March 11, 2026, in the presence of bidders’ representatives who wish to attend.
