Title of Procurement: Procurement of Computers and Technical Equipment for Official Use

The Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry, through the “e-Cooperative Project” financed by the Japan Social Development Fund (JSDF), invites eligible suppliers to submit quotations for the supply of computers and technical equipment for official use.

This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is conducted in accordance with the World Bank Procurement Regulations for Investment Project Financing (IPF) Borrowers – Procurement of Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services (Fifth Edition, September 2023). The procurement process is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Regulations. Interested bidders are also requested to take note of the World Bank’s policy on Conflict of Interest, outlined in Section 3.14 of the Procurement Regulations.

Interested and eligible suppliers may obtain the RFQ documents and further information from the address below. Quotations must comply with the requirements and delivery conditions specified in the annex.

Bidders shall prepare two hard copies of their quotation, paginate all pages, and submit the documents sealed to the Project Implementation Unit at the address below. Electronic submissions will not be accepted. Late quotations will be rejected.

Quotations must be delivered to the address below no later than 11:00 a.m., April 8, 2025.
