The Association "Gender-Centru" has obtained a grant from the World Bank to finance the project "Empowering Women through Gender-Based Violence Response Services" (WEGS), approved through Agreement No. TC0C8205 dated May 29, 2025, and intends to use part of these funds for the procurement of technical equipment to ensure the successful implementation of the project.

The procurement is carried out using the Request for Quotation (RFQ) procedure in accordance with the provisions of the Procurement Regulations for Investment Project Financing Loans of the Borrower, dated September 2023.

In this context, the Association "Gender-Centru" invites you to submit your financial offer by completing the documents included in the attached Request for Quotation.

The offers must be valid for at least 30 (thirty) calendar days from the submission deadline. The completed offer should be sent by email to elenaratoi05@gmail.com with the subject line: "Technical Equipment," no later than August 20, 2025.

Offers received after the deadline will not be considered.
