Task title: Elaboration of course support "Preschool Didactics I", specialty 11210 Early Education, Qualification Educator

The Higher Education Project in Moldova (PÎSM) is a project funded by the World Bank to be implemented between May 2020 and December 2025.

Within the implementation of the Moldova Higher Education Project, funded by the World Bank, the PI "Iulia Hasdeu" College from Cahul obtained the subproject "Creation of the Educational Hub (EduHub) within the PI "Iulia Hasdeu" College from Cahul and respectively signed the financing contract with the Ministry of Education and Research and intends to apply some of the sources for consulting services.

Through this subproject, PI "Iulia Hasdeu" College from Cahul aims to achieve a set of interventions aimed at modernizing the conditions for organizing the educational process of teaching-learning-evaluation by creating a modern educational space or an educational hub called "EduHub - CIH Cahul". The Educational Hub will integrate into a common space 5 educational environments as follows: multifunctional hall, 2 digital laboratories and 2 modern classrooms. The creation of the educational hub will contribute to the qualitative and quantitative increase of the performance of students from the Education Field and the improvement of employment.

The proposed project is aimed at achieving the following specific objectives as follows:

O.1. Modernization of educational spaces in order to improve the conditions of study, by equipping them with educational equipment and resources relevant to the initial professional training in the field of Education.

O.2. Improving the initial training programs in the field of Education in order to increase the quality of the professional training process, by reviewing the curricular supports from the perspective of ICT implementation and critical thinking development.

O.3. Strengthening the professional competences of the teaching and managerial staff in order to qualitatively implement the programs in the field of Education, through involvement in professional development activities.

Consulting services include The elaboration of the course support "Preschool Didactics I", specialty 11310 Primary education, Teacher qualification. Time allotted for pregnancy – 25 working days.

PI "Iulia Hasdeu" College from Cahul invites eligible consultants ("Consultants") to express their interest in providing services for the elaboration of the course support "Preschool Didactics I", specialty 11310 Primary Education, Teacher Qualification

Interested consultants will send information demonstrating that they have the necessary qualifications and relevant experience to provide the services of Developing the course support at "Preschool Didactics I", specialty 11310 Primary Education, Teacher Qualification

The consultant to be selected must hold the following qualifications:

• higher education in educational sciences or related fields;
• minimum experience of at least 3 years in the provision of services for the elaboration of didactic, scientific-methodical supports, applicative in the respective field;
• higher/first teaching degree or scientific and/or scientific-didactic title;
• teaching experience in vocational-technical or higher education;
• knowledge of the specifics of the problems faced by college teachers in the process of professional training of future teachers
• digital skills;
• possession of the Romanian language (written and oral);
• advanced communication and teamwork skills.

The attention of interested consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs 3.14, 3.16 and 3.17 of the "Procurement Regulation for IPF Borrowers" July 2016, revised in November 2017 and August 2018 (the "Government Procurement Regulation"), which sets out the World Bank"s conflict of interest policy.

The consultant will be selected according to the "Selection of individual consultants" method set out in the Procurement Regulation.
