This Request for Expressions of Interest is for the implementation of a technical assistance programme to SBM, as described above. The services will be funded through the technical assistance programme by both the GCF (delegated to AFD) and AFD.

The services of the Consultant shall consist of the implementation of the technical assistance programme for the entire benefit of SBM as detailed in the REOI document.

The Expressions of Interest must be submitted to the email address below no later than Friday 9th January 2026 at 14:00 hours (Port-Louis Time) to the attention of:

The maximum receiving capacity of the mailbox is 10 MB per e-mail. Should your proposal exceed this size limit, you are requested to send same in two or more parts. The Expression of Interest can be submitted in paper format to the following address or in digital format to the email address provided above.

Proposals received after the closing date and time will not be considered. Proposals shall be considered to have been received within the closing date and time when it has been successfully opened by SBM. The burden of proof for the successful sending and time of sending of such proposals shall be on the party sending such proposals.

Please quote the following reference in the subject line of your email:

“Consultancy services provider for the implementation of a technical assistance programme in climate finance”

Once proposals are submitted at the above mentioned electronic tender email address, applicants are advised to notify the following contact person of the submission of the bid (WITHOUT ATTACHING THE PROPOSAL).
