GOVERNMENT OF MAURITIUS

PROCUREMENT NOTICE

(Authorised under Section 16(1) of the Public Procurement Act 2006)

Project: Request for Proposals - Optimizing Access to Water and Sanitation Services: A Socioeconomic Study in Mauritius

Procurement Reference No. MEPU/RFP/29/24-25

In the context of financing received from the Agence Française de Développement (AFD), the Ministry of Energy and Public Utilities is proceeding with a Request for Proposals inviting potential local and international Consultants to submit their proposals for Optimizing Access to Water and Sanitation Services: A Socioeconomic Study in Mauritius.

The proposals should either be deposited in the Bid Box or sent by courier service, clearly labelled, at the Ministry of Energy and Public Utilities at the address mentioned below not later than Friday 06 June 2025 up to 13.30 hours (local time/UTC+4)

Bids will be opened physically in the presence of the bidders/bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person at the above address on Friday 06 June 2025 at 13.35 hours (local time/UTC+4).
