Assignment Title: Preschool Teacher Assistant, Wotje Elementary School, PSS

The Ministry of Education, Sports & Training, through the Early Childhood Development (ECD) Program – Component 2, is seeking qualified and motivated individuals to serve as Preschool Teacher’s Aides in selected neighboring island schools.

Position Summary

The Preschool Teacher’s Aide will assist the lead preschool teacher in delivering early childhood education services aligned with the objectives of the ECD project. The role includes providing support to students, helping with classroom activities, and contributing to a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.

Mandatory

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic organizational skills.
• Passion and enthusiasm for teaching, learning, and collaborating.
• Hardworking, persistent, and a strong desire to become a preschool teacher in future years.

Desired

• Fluent in Marshallese
• Creative, resourceful, and caring person
• Play the ukulele and sing cheerfully
