• This project is financed by the World Bank through the above grant. The Ministry of Public Works, Infrastructure and Utilities (MPWIU) invites sealed quotations from eligible bidders to: Repair and improve the sanitary facilities in MPWIU.
• Eligible bidders should have experience in the construction and renovation works and should provide evidence of financial resources to complete the works successfully.
• The bidding will be conducted in accordance with the World Bank procurement regulations for IPF Borrowers, dated September 2025 (available at www.worldbank.org).
• A complete set of Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents in English will be emailed to all registered bidders with URP.
• A pre-bid conference will be conducted on November 5, 2025, at 10 am at the Ministry of Public Works, Infrastructure and Utilities conference room, and a site visit will be conducted after the pre-bid conference.
• Quotations must be submitted to the address below on or before November 10, 2025, at 2 pm (Majuro time). Late quotations may be rejected.
• Bidders must submit a bid security declaration form (refer to the annex for a sample).
