1. The Government of the Republic of Marshall Islands has applied for financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the RMI Urban Resilience Project (URP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.

2. The consulting services (“the Services”) will assist the Project Manager, Project Implementation Officer, PIU Team, CIU, and the Ministry of Public Works, Infrastructure and Utility (MPWIU) to implement the World Bank-funded project effectively. This consulting assignment is a full-time National position to be located in Majuro, RMI, and is expected to start by January 2026. The duration will be for 2 years with a possibility of extension based on performance.

3. The complete scope of services, including the Consultant qualification requirements, is indicated in the Terms of Reference (TOR) for the assignment, which can be obtained at the email addresses given below.

4. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the services, including:

• Cover letter addressing the minimum requirements and desirable qualification requirements listed in the table below and in the TOR; and
• CV with description of experience, including any similar assignments.
• Indicate a minimum of 2 referees.

5. The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to paragraph 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, Fourth Edition, September 2023 (“the Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
