CHIRADZULU DISTRICT COUNCIL

• Chiradzulu District Council has received funding from Governance Enabling Service Delivery (GESD) in 2025-26 financial year towards construction of various projects in the district specified below.

GESD PROJECTS 2025-26

2.Chiradzulu District Council therefore invites sealed bids from eligible bidders With NCIC categories as indicated above for construction works.

3.FOR GESD PROJECTS: bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulation for IPF Borrowers” dated November, 2020 (Procurement Regulation) is open to all bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulation.

4.Bids must be delivered at Chiradzulu district Council by 15th December, 2025 at 14:00HRS in a tender box placed at the reception. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will publicly open in presence of bidders who choose to attend on 15th December, 2025 at Chiradzulu District Council Chamber from 14:00HRS.
