REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

Procurement Reference number: MW-NUDC-2024-2025-CW-RFQ

• Ntcheu District Council received funds from World Bank under Governance to Enable Service Delivery (GESD) project in financial year 2024-2025 for implementation of various projects in the district. The council has budgeted these funds to be used for the procurement of the works specified below, and now invites sealed request for quotations from eligible bidders for the provision of these works :

2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the Public Procurement Law and Regulations of the Government of Malawi and is open to all bidders from eligible source country. A bidder shall be required to obtain a certificate of registration from the National Construction Industry Council demonstrating registered contractor status, as a condition of contract award.

3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Ntcheu District Council and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 6(a) from 8:00am to 16:30pm weekdays only or call on +265(0)994 515 709

4. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be requested electronically.

5. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 6(c) at or before 10:00am 18th February 2025. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 6(d) at 10:00am, 18th February 2025.
