Request for Quotations

• The Ministry of Gender Youth Sports Arts Culture and Social Development has received funding from the World Bank towards the support of the Pathways to Sustainable Livelihood Project and it intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply and delivery of Laptops, Printers.
• The Ministry of Social Development now invites sealed Quotations from eligible Suppliers for supply and delivery of 23 Laptops located at 2nd floor Pension Fund Building along Options Square road next to LNIG Building.

3. All bidders shall provide valid certified copies of Trader’s License and Tax Clearance Certificates issued by relevant authorities in the Kingdom of Lesotho. All copies shall be certified at source. Failure to submit these documents will form grounds for disqualification of the bid.

4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Ministry of Social Development, Procurement Section PSLP during office hours from Monday to Friday.

5. The government of Lesotho reserves the right to accept or reject any tender and is not bound to accept a tender with the lowest tender price. What is considered is the tender which provide value for money.

6. Quotations must be hand delivered to the address below on or before 20th February 2023 at 1230hrs in Envelops clearly marked “Supply and delivery of LAPTOPS & PRINTERS” bearing no identification of the bidder. Quotations submitted after the deadline will be rejected.

7. Evaluation criteria: should be a supplier of computers for over 5 years. They should be able (show proof) to provide after sales service of 3 years and should proof that they have experienced personnel to do that. They should provide audited financial statements of at least three (3) years.
