(DESIGN AND BUILD CONTRACT)

Open International Competitive Bidding [ICB]
Kenya Electricity Generating Company PLC (KenGen) is a state corporation in the Republic of Kenya whose mandate is to generate electricity for the country. KenGen has
received funds from Agence Française de Développement (“AFD”) towards the cost of the Implementation of the Seven Forks Solar Photovoltaic Power Project. The
Employer intends to initially select a maximum of Seven (7) firms for Design, Supply, Construction, Installation,Testing and Commissioning of a Solar Photovoltaic Power
Plant, Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), High Voltage (HV) Substation and Transmission Line and Local works for a Design and Build Contract.
