1. The National Treasury has received financing from the World Bank towrds the cost of National Agricultural and Rural Inclusive Growth Project (NARIGP) and intends to apply part of the procedes towards payment under the contract for proposed construction of ware potato aggregation center in Ntirimiti, kibirichia ward, Meru County. The County government of Meru (CGM) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for construction of proposed construction of ware potato aggregation center

2. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank"s procurement regulations for IPF Borrowers - Procurement Investment Project financing

3. Interested contractors shall download the document freely from the CGM website www.meru.go.ke or government portal https://tenders.go.ke and must forward their particulars immediately for recording and further clarification addenda to procurement.finance@meru.go.ke or NARIGP County Project Coordinator through email address narigpmeru@gmail.com

4. Bids must be delivered and deposited in the tender box located at the reception of the County Government of Meru Headquarters and addressed to:-The County Secretary, County Government of Meru P O Box 120-60200 Meru

So as to be received on or before 22nd July, 2022

5. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened immediately at 10:00am on 22nd July, 2022 in the presence of bidder"s designated representatives and anyone who chose to attend.
