Dear Potential Suppliers,

You are hereby invited to submit your price quotations for the supply of goods for the RSE "Aksu-Zhabagly State Nature Reserve".
Information regarding the goods to be procured is provided in Annexes 2, 3, and 4 to this Request.

The contract will be awarded to the company offering the goods that meet the technical specifications in Annex 3 at the lowest price.
Delivery address: Republic of Kazakhstan, Turkestan Region, Tyulkubas District, Zhabagly Village, Abai Street, 34.

Your quotation in russian must be accompanied by the following completed, signed, and stamped (if available) documents:

Annex 1 (Price Quotation);

Annex 2 (Prices and Delivery Schedule);

Annex 3 (Technical Specification);

Annex 4 (Terms and Delivery Conditions).

The listed documents must be numbered, stitched together, sealed in an envelope, and submitted to the following address:

The deadline for receipt of your quotation at the address indicated in paragraph 3 is: January 22, 2025.

The attached procurement terms and conditions are an integral part of the contract.

(i) PRICES: Prices must be quoted in KZT and include all customs duties, import taxes, VAT as per the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and any other charges applicable to imported goods, as well as risks of damage or loss during transportation (insurance coverage), according to the technical specifications.

(ii) EVALUATION OF QUOTATIONS: Bids that substantially meet the technical specifications will be evaluated per lot based on price comparison.

When evaluating price quotations, the Purchaser will determine the lowest evaluated price per lot by correcting any arithmetic errors in the following cases:
(a) If there is a discrepancy between the amount in words and figures, the amount stated in words shall prevail;
(b) If there is a discrepancy between the unit price and the total price (resulting from multiplying the unit price by the quantity), the unit price shall prevail;
(c) If the Supplier refuses to accept the correction, their bid will be rejected.
In addition to the offered price, the evaluated price includes:

(iii) CONTRACT AWARD: The contract will be awarded to the bidder offering the lowest evaluated price, which meets the required technical and financial capacity standards. The successful bidder will sign the Contract according to the attached contract form and the delivery terms and conditions.

(iv) VALIDITY OF THE OFFER: Your quotation must remain valid for 60 days from the final quotation submission date indicated in paragraph 4 of this Request.
