Selection of External Financial Audit Firm for Fiscal Year 2025 and 2026

Jordan Emergency Cash Transfer COVID-19 Response Project (P173974)

The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Jordan Emergency Cash Transfer COVID-19 Response Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services to contract qualified and eligible firm for the following consulting service:

The consulting service (“the Services”), include Provision of External Audit Services for World Bank Supported Projects Covering the Financial Years Ended December 31, 2025 and December 31, 2026 in the National Aid Fund. Full details of the assignment as stated in the Request for Proposal (RFP) and Terms of Reference (TOR), can be viewed by the Interested firms through the link mentioned above.

The Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation (MOPIC) and National Aid Fund (NAF) now invite eligible and qualified consulting firms to submit separate sealed Technical and Financial Proposals for the assignment to perform the Services as required in the RFP and TOR.

A single consulting firm will be selected to perform the full scope of work. The selection will be conducted through Open Competitive Selection using the Least Cost-Based Selection (LCS) method, in accordance with the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (September 2025 Edition).

The attention of interested Firms is drawn to Section III, paragraphs, (3.14, 3.15, 3.16) of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” Dated September 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.

The separate sealed Technical and Financial Proposals must be enclosed in one outer sealed envelope and submitted by hand to the address and contact person indicated below, no later than Monday, 05 January 2026, before 1:00 PM (local time). Late submissions will not be considered.
