⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Hideyuki Sawada, Director, National Hosptal Organization Utano Hospital ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26, 32 ⑶ Procurement Title and Quantity : Medical Image Storage System, one complete set, Details are as specified in the Specifications. ⑷ Delivery Deadline : No later than March 31, 2027 ⑸ Place of Delivery : National Hospital Organization Utano Hospital ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who must : ① not fall under any of the categories stipulated in Article 5 of the NHO Contract Handling Regulations (herein after referred to as the "Contract Regulations"). However, even if the bidder is a minor, a person under curatorship, or a person under assistance, this requirement shall not apply if the bidder has obtained the necessary consent for entering into a contract, and thus falls under the category of "special circumstances" as provided for in the same Article ; ② not fall under any of the categories stipulated in Article 6 of the Contract Regulations ; ③ be qualified under the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare"s Qualification for Participation in Competitive Bidding (Unified Qualification for All Ministries and Agencies for FY 2025-2027) in the category of "Sale of Goods" with a grade of A, B or C, and must hold qualification for participation in the Kinki region ; ④ possess the qualifications determined by the Accounting Officer in accordance with Article 4 of the Contract Regulations ; ⑺ Deadline for Receipt of Bids : 11 : 00 A.M., May 20, 2026 (bids sent by mail must arrive by this deadline) ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Hiromu Kuranuki, Director, Accounting Division, National Hospital Organization Utano Hospital, 8, Narutakiondoyama-cho, Ukyo-ku, Kyoto-shi, Kyoto-fu, 616-8255, Japan.
