Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : KANKE Hideto, Director General of Kanto Regional Agricultural Administration Office ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Electricity to use in Kanto Agricultural Policy Bureau Ibaraki Prefectural Base Office Building and four other government buildings ⑷ Delivery period : From 1 September, 2026 through 31 August, 2027 ⑸ Delivery place : As shown in the tender documentation. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ have the Grade "A", "B" or "C" in terms of qualification "Sale of products" at Kanto-Koshinetsu area for participating in tenders by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2025, 2026 and 2027. ④ being a person who has been registered as a retail electric utility based on the provisions of Article 2-2 of the Electricity Business Act ⑤ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order. ⑥ Prove not to be a period of receiving nomination stop from the contracting officer etc. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 11 : 00 A.M., 5 June, 2026 (tenders submitted by mail : 5 : 00 P.M., 4 June, 2026) ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Accountant Officer, Accounting Division, Administration Department, Kanto Regional Agricultural Administration Office, 2-1 Shintoshin Chuo-ku Saitama city Saitama prefecture 330-9722 Japan.
