A not come under Article 6 of the Handling detailed rule of contract clerical work of National Cancer Center. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ;
B not come under Article 7 of the Handling detailed rule of contract clerical work of National Cancer Center ;
C have Grade A, B or C in "Offer of products etc." for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kanto-Koshinetsu Reg-
ion ;
D join social insurance (welfare annuity insurance, health insurance, seamen"s insurance, national pension, worker"s compensation insurance, unemployment insurance) and pay the social insurance premiums and have no Delinquency in the past 2 years
⑺ Time-limit for tender :
① April 30, 2026
② July 4, 2026
