Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : HAYASHI Hisayoshi Director of General Affairs Division, Yoko-hama Quarantine Station. ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 24 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Lease of Inspection equipment, 4 sets. ⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 September. 2026 through 31 March. 2031 ⑸ Fulfillment place : The place specified by the Official in charge of the procuring entity ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ⒜ not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ⒝ not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ⒞ have Grade ｢A｣, Grade ｢B｣ or Grade ｢C｣ on "Offer of service" in the Kanto-Koshinetsu Area in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027 ⒟ prove to have no false statement in tendering documents ⒠ prove neither the business condition nor credibility is deteriorating ⒡ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order ⒢ Be a person who took a grant of a tender manual. ⑺ There are not being the failure to pay of the premium to depend on nonapplication and these such as labor insurance, welfare annuity insurance, the health insurance (There are not being the failure to pay of the premium of most recent two at proposal presentation.). ⑻ Time-limit for tender : 10 : 00, 1 May, 2026 ⑼ Contact point for the notice : Chief of the Accountant General Unit, General Affairs Division, Yokohama Quarantine Station, 1-6-1 Shinko Naka-ku Yokohama city Kanagawa 231-0001 Japan TEL 045-212-1510
