Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. B Not come under clause 2 Article 4 of the Regulation concerning the Contact for National Research Institute for Earth Science and Disaster Resilience. C have the Grade A, Grade B, Grade C or Grade D qualification during fiscal 2025・2026・2027 in manufacture of product or offer of services for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency. D Not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by the Obligating Officer.
