Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : NARITA Satoshi, Director General of Shimokita District Forest Office ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 8 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Macadam Oma・Kazamaura・Sai area 444㎥, Ohata area 825㎥, Kawa- uti・Wakinosawa area 1,056㎥, Mutsu・Higashidori・Oippe area 925㎥ 1 set ⑷ Delivery period : 16 December, 2026 ⑸ Delivery place : As shown in the tender documentation ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ have the Grade "A", "B", "C" or "D" in terms of qualification "Sale of product" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the Fiscal Year 2025, 2026 and 2027. ④ prove to have the ability to delivery appointed the time and the place specified by the Obligating Officer for the procured products. ⑤ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order. ⑥ Prove not to be a period of receiving nomination stop from the contracting officer etc. ⑺ Time-limit for submission of certificates : 5 : 00 P.M., 21 April, 2026 ⑻ Time-limit for tender : 9 : 00 A.M., 24 April, 2026 ⑼ Contact point for the notice : Shimokita District Forest Office, 1-4-6 Kanamagari Mutsu city Aomori prefecture 035-0041 Japan.
